Overview
Travel medicine is itinerary-specific. The same country can carry entirely different risk depending on whether you are in a capital city hotel for four nights or trekking rurally for three weeks in the wet season.
We assess the actual itinerary, give the vaccines on site, prescribe prophylaxis where it is warranted, and send you with a written plan including what to do if you get ill abroad.
What is included
Destination risk assessment
Country, region, season, accommodation, activities and duration, checked against current advisories.
Vaccination on site
Typhoid, hepatitis A and B, yellow fever, Japanese encephalitis, rabies pre-exposure and routine catch-up.
Malaria prophylaxis
Regimen chosen for the specific region's resistance pattern and your tolerance and other medication.
Traveller's diarrhoea kit
Standby antibiotic, oral rehydration and clear written instructions for when to use each.
Altitude and motion
Acetazolamide where the itinerary warrants it, plus an ascent profile you can actually follow.
Written travel plan
A printed itinerary-specific document, vaccine record and instructions for seeking care abroad.
How it actually runs

Book 6 to 8 weeks out
Several vaccines need a multi-dose series and yellow fever needs ten days before entry.

Upload it to the portal so the risk assessment is done before you arrive.

Consultation and vaccines
Forty minutes covering risk, prevention and what to carry, with vaccines given in the same visit.

Second dose if needed
Scheduled before you leave, with reminders in the portal.

Coverage varies widely. We provide a superbill with codes so you can submit, and we tell you the self-pay cost up front.
