We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Accessibility in our clinics
Both main clinics have step-free entrances, lift access to every floor, accessible washrooms, and height-adjustable examination tables. The Pacific Palisades consulting rooms have a level entrance from the rear car park.
Tell us what you need when you book and we will arrange it: a longer appointment, a ground-floor room, an American Sign Language interpreter, a spoken-language interpreter, materials in large print, or a quiet arrival away from the lounge. Interpretation is arranged at our cost and is never charged to you.
- Service animals are welcome throughout both clinics.
- Accessible parking is available at Brighton Way with valet assistance, and in the Sunset Plaza underground car park.
- Documents can be provided in large print or as accessible electronic files on request.
- Our member portal supports screen readers and keyboard-only navigation; report any barrier you find and we will fix it.
Reporting a barrier on this website
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This website also carries a reader settings panel with text sizing, high contrast, a dark reading mode, underlined links, a readable font, increased spacing, reduced motion, greyscale, a stronger focus outline and a large cursor.
