Overview
Concierge primary care is ordinary internal medicine with the constraints removed. Your physician carries a panel capped at 240 patients (sample figure) instead of the 2,000 to 2,500 typical of an insurance-funded practice, which is what makes a same-day appointment and a 45-minute visit arithmetically possible.
The clinical scope is broad on purpose: acute illness, chronic disease management, preventive screening, medication review, mental health, and coordination with every specialist you see. When something belongs in a hospital or a subspecialist's hands, we say so and arrange it rather than stretching.
What is included
Same-day or next-day appointments
For acute concerns, offered to members at both locations. Video visits are available the same day across California.
45-minute standard visits
Long enough to examine, review results, adjust medication and explain the reasoning without a second appointment.
24/7 member line
A physician from the practice answers, not an answering service reading a script. Sample response time under 15 minutes.
Direct messaging and results
Every result is reviewed by your physician before release, with a plain-language note attached.
Specialist coordination
We hold the referral, chase the report, and make sure the plan comes back into one record.
Annual comprehensive visit
A 60-minute review of history, screening status, medications, immunisations and goals for the year.
How it actually runs

Discovery call
Twenty minutes with the membership team to check that concierge care is the right fit before anyone pays anything.

Records transfer
We request records from every practice you have seen and build one reconciled history. This usually takes two to three weeks.
- 03
Comprehensive intake
A 90-minute first visit with a full exam, baseline laboratory panel and a family-history map.
- 04
Your written plan
A screening calendar, a medication list with rationale, and the two or three things worth changing first.
- 05
Ongoing care
Scheduled reviews at the interval your conditions warrant, plus unlimited access for anything acute.
