Managing your preferences
You can accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, or at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.
Cookies and health information
We do not place advertising or third-party tracking pixels on pages where you might disclose health information, including the appointment request form, the contact form and the member portal sign-in. Analytics, where enabled, is configured to exclude form field contents and to avoid transmitting identifiers alongside page paths that could reveal a clinical interest.
Cookie preferences are separate from your HIPAA rights. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your care, your access to the portal, or any request you make about your health record.
